The streaming behemoth, Netflix, is expanding its business at a dramatic rate, and it is has just recently announced that will be increasing its office space in London, alongside the space it has already acquired in the capital.
Where will the new Netflix offices in London be?
Whilst Netflix already has offices in Fitzrovia, spanning over 20,000 square feet, the new lease agreed upon by the California headquartered company will see the TV and film streaming giant move also to Berners Street in the capital, for space that is approximately 20,000 square feet, located near Tottenham Court Road.
The deal is with Fora, the high-end serviced offices operator and this was brokered by the agent CBR. The lease has been signed, and Netflix staff are thought to have already started moving in.
Netflix establishing a production hub
The exponential growth of Netflix, becoming one of the top ten largest firms in the world, ahead of eBay and Uber (but behind Facebook and Amazon) is reflected in its need to accumulate more and more space across the UK. For example, it has also been announced that it will also be establishing opening stages, offices and workshops and offices at Shepperton Studios in Uxbridge earlier this year.

The production studio deal for the entertainment company will see them sublet the studios for a year from MBS, which a film production real-estate specialist who had just taken a 10-year lease from Aviva Investors.
